Latest Information and Updates

Our Current Information Panel -

  • First off, we have set a date for the campout! Put it on your calendars - April 4-5, 2014!
  • Look for our community posters around the village of Fairport! Go to the Become a Potter Patriot Page to see the poster. We also have hand out cards! Look for some around at local businesses. If you work somewhere that would put up a poster or cards please let us know and we can get some to you!
  • Remember that Boy Scouts are seeking sponsorships to camp overnight. The top three Scouts who raise the most funds will be awarded a prize, like 4 Rochester Red Wings Baseball game tickets!
  • We have made window clings for our event! The window clings are currently being sold to local merchants to be sponsors of the event. Any Pack interested in helping out with the selling of the window clings please email, Eric Becker, Head of Sponsorship, at ebecker@fairport.org.
  • We have our banners out! Check out Potter Park and the corner of Church and Main St. Feel free to go back to our home page and see what the banner looks like!
  • We will have local World War II Reenactor portraying the 2nd Rangers! They will have a replica WWII '42 Jeep and a 1941 Harley Davidson Military Motorcycle. They will be giving demonstrations on what the average WWII Soldier had and did.
  • If you are thinking about joining the National Guard, this campout is for you. The National Guard will be there with a climbing wall, humvee, and information for interested youth and adults!
  • We are currently creating a Operation Potter Patriot Committe! Let us know if you have any suggestions or ideas. We would gladly bring up any ideas at our Committe Meetings!
  • When you register, you will recieve an awesome patch the day of the event! It is one that you can hang off your Scout Uniform pocket! Check out the Home Page to see the design of the patch!
  • Please, be sure to visit our portfolio to see some of Operation Potter Patriot's pictures. We will be updating that page with new photos throughout the course of our planning and the time leading up to the event. If you have an inspirational picture of a veteran who inspires you send it to us and we will put in the portfolio!
  • Please visit our Operation Potter Patriot Facebook Page! Share and like it! It really helps.
  • If you ever have any questions please feel free to contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns. Go to the Contact Us page to send us an email.
