Becoming a Potter Patriot is easy! If you're in the Seneca Waterways Council you are welcome to come to this event with your Troop or Pack. This event is taking place on April 4-5, 2014. Come with your Troop or Pack and participate in the fundraising efforts for the memorial, multiple fun activities, and the honoring of our communities veterans. This is going to be an event full of fun activities for both Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, and community members!

Why should you want to participate?

  • It would teach boys the importance of Citizenship as they honor veterans.

  • It would provide the Boy Scouts with service hours.

  • Your Troop would build positive relations with the Fairport Community.

  • Your Troop would have an opportunity to showcase your strengths to Fairport.

  • There are numerous fun events for both Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts to participate in throughout the day on Saturday.

  • And, of course, every Scout that registers would get a limited addition and very cool patch!

Do you have another idea for a way for your Troop or Pack to help with the fundraising efforts?

If you do, please feel free to contact Joshua P. Fess, Co-Chairman of Operation Potter Patriot if your idea involves the campout. If you have another great idea that you want to share that would benefit the memorial outside of the campout please contact Scott Winner,Executive Director at the Fairport Partnership. We would love to hear the great ideas that our community members have!
